The JSCR has recently established a training unit that aims at providing training to interested institutions in Jordan and in the Arab World. The areas that the center provides training in are the following:
Quantitative: (Survey Research, Sampling, Questionnaire Construction, Opinion Polls.)
Qualitative: (Focus Group Discussion, Participatory Rapid Appraisal, etc…).
The substantive issues include (but not restricted to ) the following : Gender and Development, the Media, Education, Voluntary and Social Work, Non-Governmental Organizations, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Social Impact Assessment, Programs Evaluation, and many other areas.
